The Firm Medspa
Terms & Conditions
Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using our services. By scheduling an appointment or receiving treatments at The Firm Medspa, you agree to be bound by the following terms.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our website, booking an appointment, or receiving any service at The Firm Medspa, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our services.
Medical Disclaimer
The information provided on our website and during consultations is for informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice. All treatments are performed under the oversight of our Medical Director and licensed practitioners. Individual results may vary. We strongly encourage all clients to disclose their complete medical history, current medications, and any known allergies prior to receiving any treatment.
Appointments & Cancellations
We ask that all cancellations or rescheduling requests be made at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment. This allows us to accommodate other clients and maintain our high standard of care.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee.
- No-shows without prior notice may result in forfeiture of any deposit or prepaid amount.
- We reserve the right to refuse service to any client who repeatedly cancels without notice.
Payment & Refunds
Payment is due at the time of service unless prior arrangements have been made. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and approved financing options. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
Due to the nature of aesthetic and medical services, all sales are final. Refunds will not be issued for completed treatments. In the event of a product defect or a verified service error, please contact us within 7 days of your appointment to discuss options.
Informed Consent
Before any treatment is performed, clients will be required to sign an informed consent form detailing the nature of the procedure, potential risks, benefits, and aftercare instructions. By signing this form, you confirm that you have been given the opportunity to ask questions and that you voluntarily consent to the treatment. Consent may be withdrawn at any time prior to the commencement of a procedure.
Limitation of Liability
The Firm Medspa and its staff shall not be held liable for any adverse reactions, complications, or results that arise from treatments when the client has provided inaccurate medical history or failed to follow pre- and post-treatment instructions. Our liability is limited to the cost of the service rendered. We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
Photography & Media
Before and after photographs may be taken for your clinical records. The use of any such images for marketing, social media, or educational purposes will only occur with your explicit written consent. You may withdraw your media consent at any time by contacting us in writing.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the State of Colorado. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time; continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.
